RONALD G. DELORD

Mr. DeLord, a licensed Texas attorney, is director of the institute and is executive director of  the Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas. 

He is a nationally recognized police labor official who is known for his leadership style and visionary ideas. Mr. DeLord lectures to police groups nation-wide, and writes extensively about the police labor movement.

Additionally, he is one of the co-authors of the seminar textbook, Power, Politics, and Confrontation: A Guide for the Successful Police Labor Leader.

Our faculty has years of experience in advising police and fire fighter associations on organizational and political issues.
